Returning/Exchanging an Item

• We accept online payments via PayPal.

*  Next Day Shipping is available Monday to Thursday with a cut off time of 11am.  Please contact us if you are ordering on a Friday and require the item for the weekend as we may be able to help.

Important:  Most orders will be sent via a courier and will therefore need to be signed for.  Please ensure that you select a delivery address where there will be someone there to receive the item.  If there is no one at home the courier driver will leave a 'while you were out card' allowing you to arrange a more convenient time.  If an item is returned to us due to a failed delivery then customers will be liable to pay any addtional charges incurred by the re-delivery.
